Supervision
Change, transformation. I am asked to step in, where existing structures are not functioning effectively.
I have been working with groups since I was 17 years old. My aim is to support participants in reflecting on themselves from an objective perspective, defining their own current state and, based on this insight, initiating change if necessary. I use various approaches, which include playful physical exercises that combine body and mind, mindfulness, dialogue and silence, as well as systemic constellations.
Every step of consciousness taken by every person raises the entire human consciousness.
Since we as individuals always bring our whole selves into our professional lives, with all the positive and negative experiences we have accumulated over the course of our lives, supervision work with me is an individual experience in awareness of the group context in which one finds oneself.
I have been doing this work for over 50 years, helping companies, administrations, municipalities, foundations, associations and federations, etc. to uncover their blind spots. What is pleasant about my work is that no one is humiliated, but everyone can draw their own insights and conclusions from the experience made. Over the years, I have repeatedly modified my approach to ensure that it remains relevant and suitable for everyone, which means that although I have a plan, I adapt it to the situation at hand.
General conditions of participation
As soon as you have registered verbally or in writing (by post, e-mail or online), you will receive a binding confirmation of registration/booking from us.
The number of participants is limited for didactic and spatial reasons. Therefore, please register early. This increases your chances of taking part and gives you and us planning security.
Materials, catering and accommodation are not included in the course price, unless otherwise stated.
Insurance / Liability
The seminar leader accepts no liability for personal injury, damage to property or financial loss. Travelling to and from the seminar and staying on site is at the participant's own expense and risk.
Payment of the seminar fee
The price shown for the respective course applies. This must be paid by bank transfer immediately upon receipt of the invoice before the start of the course.
Withdrawal, cancellation
In the event of cancellation, a staggered cancellation fee will be charged depending on the amount of work involved. Please bear in mind that the seminar/course leader comes from far away and is not at home in the area, which involves planning and costs:
- Up to eight weeks before the start of the course, registration can be cancelled for an administration fee of 30%.
- In the event of cancellation up to four weeks before the start of the course, we will charge 50% of the course price.
- In the event of a later cancellation, we will charge 100% of the course price.
The fee is waived if a substitute is named and takes part in the course.
Cancellations and cancellations must be made in writing to be valid.
