Online seminars

On Thursday 22 October at 7.00 pm I will be hosting a free webinar via whereby.com to offer you some practical help that you can use straight away if you're struggling or feeling any kind of stress.

We'll do this through movement - specifically, tapping on nerves and acupuncture points - to help us feel more alert and, as a result, less anxious or fearful. 

As the number of participants is limited, please register straight away, as you'll then receive the link to join. You'll only be admitted once you've registered. The webinar will be conducted in German and English. The webinar WILL NOT BE RECORDED. You need to take part to receive the information and resources. I'll be hosting it via the whereby. com platform. This is a secure Swedish company - you don't need to install anything; you just click on the link.

This will be the first in a whole series of webinars that will address specific topics and challenges in greater detail. All of these are tools that you can then use again and again on your own to heal yourself and find greater peace of mind, so that you can better cope with whatever lies ahead on your journey. 

'I AM ENOUGH' Webinar

We're all familiar with that feeling of inadequacy, powerlessness, failure and so on. Here, we'll explore what lies at or might be the root of these feelings - and how we can ensure that we start to feel more comfortable in our own skin. Also here we'll be working on and withing ourselves, using techniques such as tapping. This is one of the webinars that came about because I have healed a great deal of trauma within myself; I have now found a way to make the healing process accessible to others so that it can be used independently time and time again.

This webinar, as well as the following webinars are recorded as audio files and sent to everyone who has registered for and paid for the webinar in question. This means that even if you're not free that evening, you should still register, as you'll automatically receive the recording afterwards. You won't be able to see me, but that doesn't detract from what I'm sharing. Once I've sent it out, the recording will be available to download for 3 days.

The Course in the Eifel region starting in January 2027

The Course is a profound path of inner development. The Course takes place in Senscheid, Eifel. It will be multilingual, in German and English (and Dutch or Spanish if necessary), and is intended for people who are aware that their existence makes a difference and want to live this (more) fruitfully, and/or people who have already done The Course once (or several times) and want to go even deeper. It takes place as a personal encounter every 2 months. The first meeting will last two days,  5 and 6 January 2027, and the other dates (one day each) will be set afterwards. The rest will be done via Threema, a secure and protected form of messaging. The Course is a training programme, not a therapy group!!! You will learn to be at peace with yourself, to live independently of the opinions of others, and much more! You can register directly with me.
